Jonathan,
Yea, the MLA program at UGA is pretty intense, many long nights in the studio. But, it's worth it. UGA's program does not require any prior landscape experience. In fact, our class is quite diverse with students from backgrounds ranging from art to economics. It works well that way. Each student brings a unique specialty to the table. For those without design backgrounds it is a 3 year program.
Nice computer graphics.
